Al Abraj Co. owns a cement factory in Zliten city with approximately 547,500 MT production capacity per year. It also owns a stone-pit providing raw materials.

Following, Investment Company for Sandwich Panel (ICPS) was founded in 2009 as the largest manufacturer of Sandwich Panels in Libya. The company produces advanced insulated panels used majorly in facades, partition wall ceilings, architectural claddings, and prefabricated houses, to name a few.

Another Whiba Holding subsidiary specialized in providing first-class service in the construction materials industry is Emaar Al Khair Company for Building Materials and Cement. The company manufactures its “Diyar” products which include natural types of clay that meet the market demands and comply with the rigorous standards of the construction sector. Besides, the company produces eco-term series partitions, blocks for cast-on-site slabs, interposed blocks for floors with prefabricated joists, as well as brick products which extend to load-bearing masonry, cladding, partitions, and floors.
