Since its beginnings, Whiba Holding has been committed to deliver the highest quality, nutritious food products across Libya and MENA. We have worked with key industry experts to upgrade our factories and food safety and quality management systems resulting in being awarded the ISO 9001, ISO 22000 certificates in addition to the Libyan Quality Mark certificate for food safety and hygiene.
Adhering to international safety standards, Whiba Holding owns state-of-the-art infrastructure, incorporating advanced food and beverages production facilities. Starting with rice and flour mills, Whiba has added to its arsenal huge industrial complexes and plants built by the group’s Mega Projects subsidiary. These facilities include Dafniya Complex for Food Industries, Al Imtiyaz Food Complex, and Sidi Khalifa Complex, beside high-tech factories like Wadi Al Rabie Factory for Wheat Production, Al Mowsem Complex, and the Libyan United Complex for Beverages which produces juices and milk. These production lines supply the Libyan market with in-house food brands registered under the names of Al-Safwa, Al Imtiyaz, Springo, Al Nokhba, Lamtna, and Lamar, as well as Safi juice and milk brand and others.
Distributed across diverse geographic locations of Libya, the mills, silos, warehouses, and food industrial complexes and factories owned by Whiba Holding and its associated Group entities are located in Tripoli, Benghazi, Misurata, Dafniya, Sabha, Zliten, and Tajoura, covering, in this sense, the geographical vastness of the country.
